The USAID/Haiti Reading for All: Promoting Inclusive Education (RAPID) activity, implemented by La Société Haïtienne d'Aide aux Aveugles (SHAA), aimed to increase the number of visually impaired and blind students integrated into mainstream classes. This final evaluation, conducted by Social Impact's Haiti Evaluation and Survey Services, examines the extent to which RAPID achieved its intended outcomes, including increased access to materials and resources, heightened awareness of inclusive education, and greater integration of students into mainstream classrooms. The evaluation identifies lessons learned and provides recommendations for future USAID/Haiti programs.
