A country programme document is the instrument by which UNICEF puts a multi-year programme of cooperation to its Executive Board. It sets out the situation of children, the results the programme will pursue with the government, the programme components and their rationale, the partnerships and risks, and an indicative budget split between regular resources, which are assured, and other resources, which depend on specific-purpose contributions.
