Nègès Mawon, Nou Pap Dòmi, the Plateforme des Organisations Haïtiennes de Droits Humains and the RNDDH take note of the adoption in the Council of Ministers, on 1 December 2025, of the decree organising the High Court of Justice, and of its publication in Le Moniteur of Wednesday 17 December 2025. Faithful to the democratic values of the Republic, they contest and reject it, and the document sets out their reasoning. They close by committing themselves to continue demanding accountability from the presidential councillors, on the ground that the democratic rule of law, accountability and transparency in the management of public affairs are not negotiable.
