- Cites high intestinal helminth prevalence among schoolchildren as part of the nutritional case.
- Delivered through the Programme National de Cantines Scolaires rather than by schools directly.
Full Description
The national school feeding policy and strategy of the Ministry of Education, delivered through the Programme National de Cantines Scolaires (PNCS). It argues the case for school meals from the nutrition and learning evidence, sets out the delivery model and links the program to domestic agricultural supply. The policy is a principal reference for the institutional design of school feeding in Haiti and for the link between the education and agriculture sectors.
