- Third successive reduction since April: gasoil is down 150 gourdes and kerosene 155 from Avis N° 25/26-001.
- Numbered 004, which establishes that notices 002 and 003 exist for May and June 2026.
- Published as a photograph rather than a PDF, so it was invisible to a PDF-only document sweep.
Notice N° 25/26-004, jointly signed by the Minister of Economy and Finance (Serge Gabriel Collin) and the Minister of Commerce and Industry (James Monazard), informs the public, importers, distributors and consumers of the pump prices for petroleum products applicable across Haiti. The three regulated products are gazoline at 650 gourdes, gasoil at 700 gourdes and kerosene at 690 gourdes per gallon. The prices were set on the recommendation of the Conseil Consultatif at its meeting of 3 July 2026 and took effect on 7 July 2026. Read against the April notice in the same series (Avis N° 25/26-001: 725, 850 and 845 gourdes), this is a substantial easing over a single quarter, with gasoil down 150 gourdes and kerosene down 155. It is the reference for the July 2026 observation in the fuel_pump_prices series, and its sequence number confirms that two further notices, 25/26-002 and 25/26-003, were issued between April and July and correspond to the May and June price levels the data already holds.
