Summary — On Friday 24 April 2026 the CEP transmitted to the executive a draft electoral decree harmonised with the National Pact for Stability and the Organisation of Elections, after reworking the decree of 1 December 2025. This is the intermediate step between the December 2025 decree and the decree of 2 June 2026 that replaced it.
