The Direction du Contrôle de Crédit of the BRH publishes this one-page table of its bills, with one column per week from October 1, 2025 to September 16, 2026, in millions of gourdes. The rows give issuance by maturity (7, 28 and 91 days), the amount allotted and cancelled, the outstanding stock, bills falling due, the number of participating banks, the issue discount (cumulative 2,374.6 million gourdes by September 16), and the interest rates. The file carries the date September 21, 2026.
The weekly amount allotted ran from 3,475 million gourdes (September 16, 2026) to 32,090 million (August 5, 2026); it was 10,800 million in the week of December 31, 2025. Until August 5, 2026 every issue was a 7-day bill and the outstanding stock equals the latest week's issue. No 28-day bill was issued in the period. The first 91-day issue, 13,400 million gourdes on August 12, 2026, was followed by 20,800 million on August 19, and the 91-day stock reached 42,035 million by September 16. Between 2 and 10 banks took part each week. The nominal rates are 6.0 percent for 7-day bills, 8.0 percent for 28-day bills and 11.5 percent for 91-day bills in every week, and the repurchase rate is 17.0 percent.
