Description
The purpose of this initiative is to support youth and youth organizations in the city of Jeremie to establish their role as agents of change and peacebuilding, as advocated by Security Council Resolution 2250 on Youth, Peace and Security. More specifically, the project will promote better participation of the most vulnerable young men and women in the public affairs of the city and the promotion of a culture of peace for the peaceful resolution of conflicts between youth, thus contributing to the reduction of violence and strengthening of social interaction between the municipality of Jérémie and youth.
