Description

This Initiation Plan (IP) will contribute to the existing processes linked to the Haiti NDC by helping to implement it. This IP will support capacity-building and inclusive actions, the mobilization and involvement of stakeholders at several levels, support for climate change governance, the analysis and strengthening of policy and regulatory frameworks, and the documentation of good mitigation and adaptation practices from a capacity-building and scaling-up perspective.
