Ce Programme vise à renforcer les capacités des institutions et des acteurs du système judiciaire et la coordination avec la Police nationale d’Haïti (PNH) afin de combattre l’impunité, l’insécurité et les violences contre le genre. .Le Programme contient un ensemble de nouvelles stratégies permettant de tirer profits des gains faits à ce jour dans le secteur de la justice et de franchir les obstacles rencontrés. Ainsi, il propose comme point d’entrée « justice et sécurité » et un axe prioritaire « l’indépendance de la magistrature et l’intégrité »
