Description
Le projet vise à soutenir le Conseil Présidentiel de Transition (CPT) et le cabinet ministériel intérimaire au début de leur mandat et dans le processus de développement et mise en œuvre initiale de certains chantiers de la transition à travers quatre grands objectifs et cibles. Ces objectifs ont été soigneusement élaborés pour répondre aux besoins immédiats et prioritaires de la nation, tout en posant les bases dune gouvernance efficace et durable.
