L’objectif du projet est de renforcer les capacités institutionnelles et techniques pour un développement itératif du PNA en vue d’une intégration efficace de l’ACC dans les processus de coordination, de planification et de budgétisation aux niveaux national et local.Le projet proposé sappuie sur les enseignements tirés de la mise en œuvre des PANA, ainsi que sur les activités complémentaires en cours en Haïti afin déviter les doubles emplois. En intégrant ladaptation au changement climatique
