Description
To establish a national Measuring, Reporting, and Verification system to track GHG emissions and the impact of mitigation actions, as well as indicators as part of the ME systems on adaptation. These systems will serve to track the NDC according to the requirements of the transparency framework under the Paris Agreement on Climate Change.
