Description
The programme aims to reduce the impact of HIV in six countries with high prevalence rates. The programme combines prevention, care and support activities focussing on most at risk populations. Activities include among others home based care, stigma-reduction campaigns, voluntary counselling and testing, income generating activities, for instance for groups of people who live with HIV, and peer education, for example among in and out of school youth and sex workers.
