Description
This program aims to involve and mobilize the participation of five million men, women and young people who have their voting card in hand. The use of cell phones on August 9 , as an observation tool, is for the partner an important and innovative step to ensure the transparency of the process. It is important to note that to date, statistics show an estimate of 7 million laptops are in use in Haiti with 4.5 on the Digicel network and 2.5 on the network of Natcom.
