Description

This project is part of the food security and poverty reduction program in Northern Haiti (PSANH) led by Agrisud International. It will enhance the cassava & peanut sectors and support the establishment of small sustainable and efficient processing enterprises, able to strengthen the network of existing units in impoverished areas and to facilitate the flow of products with a better added value. The project will establish a model of improved small size processing units (for cassava and peanut) that can be easily replicated in areas of cassava/peanut production, after demonstrating the economic performance of those units.
