Le GAFE (Groupe d’Action Francophone pour l’Environnement) agit et milite pour un (r)éveil citoyen pour la transition écologique et sociale en Haïti, pour un mieux-vivre ensemble. Par des actions citoyennes collectives, le GAFE prône le pouvoir d’agir pour une société civile forte, revendicative et engagée face à un Etat prédateur. C’est en ce sens que le Secours Catholique souhaite continuer à soutenir les actions et le plaidoyer du GAFE pour cette année 2019.
