Ce projet présenté par la Commission Episcopale Nationale Justice et Paix (JILAP) fait suite au précédent projet PI 170112 et contribue à la mise en œuvre de l’axe Observation et Responsabilisation du plan stratégique de l’institution (2018-2022). Il vise à travers une observation des différents processus électoraux et des cas de violations des droits humains à promouvoir la paix en incitant l’Etat à prendre ses responsabilités sur la question des droits citoyens et collectifs. Il se place, donc, en pleine cohérence avec la stratégie du Pôle Am
