Description
D'un montant de 8,5 MEUR, le financement proposé est une subvention déléguée à Expertise France au profit des services d'incendie, de secours et de la Protection civile haïtienne, dans l'objectif de renforcer leurs capacités opérationnelles. Ce projet bénéficie d'un important soutien au plus haut niveau de l'Etat haïtien. Toutefois, la situation socio-économique et politique du pays font peser des risques non négligeables sur le projet.
