Description
Das Ziel ist, mit Hilfe eines Competence Center for Reconstruction in Haiti, (1) primär die eigenen Wiederaufbauprojekte im Bereich sozialer Infrastruktur mit technischem Fachwissen zu unterstützen, um diese erfolgreich und effizient realisieren zu können; (2) sekundär soll das CCR zu einer Dienstleistungs-Plattform werden, an welcher auch Dritte partizipieren; (3) Drittens sollen im Rahmen des CCR dem Mangel an qualifizierten Baufachkräften entgegengewirkt werden indem Baufachkurse in Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern angeboten werden sollen.Des effets durables de moyen et long termes en matière de prévention et de réduction des risques de catastrophes ont été atteints en agissant à travers des actions humanitaires a priori envisagées à court terme.
