Description
La conjugaison des instruments de coopération au développement de l’ARES agit à différents échelons pour renforcer les piliers d’une université performante (l’enseignement, la recherche et le service à la société) : 1. L’appui institutionnel agit à un échelon transversal. Il vise à soutenir ou à créer les bases solides d’une université qui soit en mesure d’exercer pleinement ses trois missions fondamentales. 2. Les projets de formation Sud agissent au niveau des facultés ou des départements. Ils ont pour objet la création de formations locales de haut niveau. 3. Les projets de recherche pour le développement consistent essentiellement en un soutien à une recherche de qualité et en un appui à la valorisation des résultats pour améliorer la qualité de vie
