Maitriser et stopper la progression de l’épidémie de VIH au sein de la population haïtienne par des interventions de qualité qui respectent les droits et la dignité humaine / To control and halt the progression of the HIV epidemic in the Haitian population through quality interventions that respect human rights and dignity. Réduire à zéro l’incidence des cas autochtones de la malaria en Haïti d’ici décembre 2025 / Reduce the incidence of indigenous cases of malaria in Haiti

The objectives of this program are: Réduire la mortalité due à la tuberculose de 18/100 000 en 2015 à 6/100 000 d’ici 2021 / Reduce tuberculosis mortality from 18/100,000 in 2015 to 6/100,000 by 2021. Réduire l’incidence de la tuberculose de 200/100 000 en 2015 à 165/100 000 d’ici à 2021 / Reduce TB incidence from 200/100,000 in 2015 to 165/100,000 by 2021. Faire en sorte qu’aucune famille touchée ne supporte de coûts catastrophiques liés à la tuberculose / To ensure that no affected family suffers catastrophic TB-related costs. Les nouvelles infections sont réduites de 90% dans la population générale et dans les groupes cibles prioritaires d’ici à 2023 / New infections are reduced by 90% in the general population and in priority target groups by 2023. D’ici à fin 2023, le taux de survie à 12 mois des enfants et adultes traités par ARV atteint 90% / By the end of 2023, the 12-month survival rate of children and adults treated with ARVs reaches 90%. D’ici à fin 2023, dans un environnement légal défini et favorable aux droits des PVVIH, la stigmatisation et la discrimination des PVVIH et des populations clés a baissé de 80% / By the end of 2023, in a defined legal environment that is supportive of the rights of PLHIV, stigma and discrimination against PLHIV and key populations has been reduced by 80%. 100% des populations dans les zones touchées ont accès à un diagnostic précoce soutenu par un programme d’assurance qualité et ont accès à un traitement efficace sans délai / 100% of populations in affected areas have access to early diagnosis supported by a quality assurance programme and have access to effective treatment without delay.
