UNICEF's country programme document for Haiti covering 2013 to 2016, presented to the Executive Board for discussion at its second regular session of September 2012 and approved at the first regular session of 8 February 2013. A country programme document is the instrument by which UNICEF puts a multi-year programme of cooperation to its Executive Board. It sets out the situation of children, the results the programme will pursue with the government, the programme components and their rationale, the partnerships and risks, and an indicative budget split between regular resources and other resources.

This edition went to the Board in two steps, which is the normal course: a draft for discussion and comment at the second regular session of 11 to 14 September 2012, then the version approved at the first regular session of 8 February 2013. The summary results matrix for the same cycle is held separately.
