The premiership of Ariel Henry, or the fury of the armed gangs: Village Artistique de Noailles, Savane Pistache, Source Matelas, Bel-Air

Raids, armed attacks and massacres have multiplied since July 2021, and between April 2022 and April 2023 the network counted nine it treats as large-scale, judged by the number of victims, the length of the attacks the civilian population endured and the gravity of what was done. In six of the nine, 734 people were killed, an average of 122 a massacre, and 105 women were raped, most of them collectively, an average of seventeen a massacre. At the Plaine du Cul-de-Sac between 24 April and 6 May 2022 at least 191 people were killed and at least 19 women raped, 17 of whom were executed afterwards. At Cité Soleil between 7 and 17 July 2022 at least 300 people were killed.

This report takes four of them in detail, each with the same structure: the reconstruction of events, the people killed, and what was burned, looted or requisitioned. They are the Village Artistique de Noailles, Savane Pistache, where the report separately records the minors raped, Source Matelas, and Bel-Air. It sets them against the country's security situation since July 2021 and asks, among other things, for medical and psychological support for the victims of the massacres and armed attacks. It was produced under a project run by Avocats sans frontières Canada and its content is stated to be the network's responsibility alone.
