Updated Parcel Survey of the K-Laroche and Bidal-Pernal Irrigation Perimeters, Belladère
- Measures what the new infrastructure actually irrigates rather than what was designed: at Bidal-Pernal 71.45 hectares are irrigated for 95 farmers, against the 82.18 irrigable hectares and 115 farmers the 2013 parcel survey recorded, so the delivered command area is smaller than the surveyed one.
- Notes that 7.75 of those 71.45 hectares are irrigated by pumping and are excluded from the block-by-block breakdown, which matters because pumped area carries a different cost and a different reliability.
- Records K-Laroche at 121 farmers and 97.00 hectares currently irrigated, with parcels from 0.005 to 3.648 hectares averaging 0.541 hectares.
- Finds Bidal-Pernal parcel sizes unchanged in range from 2013, 0.051 to 5.36 hectares with a mean of 0.57 hectares, so the reduction is in extent rather than in fragmentation.
- Was commissioned because the project was ending and Protos wanted the real irrigated area stated precisely, which is the difference between an update and a fresh survey.
- Reuses the two enumerators who ran the original parcel surveys and works with both water user associations, so the comparison rests on the same field method rather than a new one.

It updates the parcel position for two perimeters together, K-Laroche and Bidal-Pernal, the latter having been surveyed in 2013. An update rather than a fresh survey is the more informative document of the two kinds: it records what changed in the tenure and cultivation of a scheme over two years, which is the timescale on which irrigation rehabilitation is supposed to show effect. It completes the three-document Onde Verte parcel series held in this batch.
