An IOM study of Haitians forcibly returned to Haiti during 2023, covering their profiles, migration experience and intentions after return, with the distribution of returns by sending country. It documents forced return at a scale that ran alongside deepening insecurity inside Haiti, which is the tension the data carry: people were being returned in large numbers to a country producing displacement of its own.
