The analytical companion to the 2014 Haiti Child Domestic Workers Survey. It examines child fosterage and child domestic work together, on the grounds that in Haiti the two are frequently the same arrangement, and it maps the institutions that respond to the practice. It also shows how sensitive the headline count is to the age range and the schooling and work criteria applied, which is why published estimates of restavek numbers differ so widely.
