The note opens the accreditation of electoral observers and journalists for the coming elections. Media managers and interested electoral-observation organizations are told to consult the procedures and regulations published on the CEP's site before submitting a file.
Complete files, with the forms filled in and signed, go to accreditation.observateurs@cephaiti.ht for organizations and accreditation.journalistes@cephaiti.ht for media. After verification and analysis of what is submitted, the CEP issues accreditation cards to journalists and organizations meeting the conditions set by the procedures and regulations.
The published PDF carries the blank journalist registration form after the note, coded CEP/AJ:000-2627. The form itself is not corpus material and is not ingested separately; the accreditation procedure is held as its own record.
