Working session with the foreign affairs and diaspora ministries and the ONI on the diaspora vote

Summary — On Wednesday 27 May 2026 the CEP held a working session with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship (MAEC), the Ministry for Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) and the National Identification Office (ONI) on voting by the diaspora. The diaspora vote requires identification and consular machinery the CEP does not control, which is why these three counterparts appear together.
