The day had two stated objectives: to align understanding of the main operational aspects of the Electoral Process Support Project in Haiti, the PAPEH, covering project governance, procurement procedures, payment arrangements, partnership mechanisms and accountability; and to strengthen collaboration and cohesion among the CEP's technical teams.
