Registration and voting centres (CIV)
The electoral council's register of registration and voting centres, with the commune, communal section and address of each.
Method
Parsed from the CEP's public CIV search page, which carries the whole register inline as the array its own XLSX and PDF exports read. Coordinates are the publisher's. A centre outside Haiti's land envelope, or without coordinates, is dropped and named in the fetch script's output.
Only the columns the CEP itself presents are carried. Its payload also holds capacite_bv, nombre_actuel_bv and remarques, and none of the three appears in a popup, a table or a filter on the council's own page, or in its export. A field a publisher does not present carries no definition, so none of the three is mapped or published here.
