Deskripsyon Konple
The 1983 decree that reorganised the financial jurisdiction inherited from the Court of Accounts created in 1957, giving it administrative litigation powers and its present name. It sets the court's composition, the procedure before it and the regime for débet and discharge judgments. The decree of 23 November 2005 replaced it, but the court still cites it in cases about earlier periods. The Moniteur issue also carries the order naming the first President and Vice-President of the reorganised court.
