Rezime: Arete 13 me 2011 la ki bay tout fòs dosye apèl dòf estanda pou fè travay ak kaye klòz administratif jeneral ki aplike sou mache piblik travay, toude nan anèks. Yo pran l anba prezidans René Préval an aplikasyon lwa 10 jen 2009 la, epi li fè dokiman tip yo obligatwa pou otorite kontraktan yo nan mache travay.
Deskripsyon Konple
The order of 13 May 2011 giving full effect to the standard bidding document for works and to the general administrative clauses applicable to public works contracts, both annexed. Issued under President René Préval in application of the law of 10 June 2009, it makes the model documents that contracting authorities must use for works contracts mandatory.
