Deskripsyon Konple
The Moniteur issue of Monday 8 July 1985 (140th year No 47), carrying several unrelated decrees: one amending articles 55, 64 and 66 of the Investment Code, a supplementary credit of one million three hundred thousand gourdes to the Ministry of National Education, a decree reversing the decree of 26 January 1967 that confiscated the property of one Jean Gateau, special pensions, and the repeal of a decree of March 1985. The file is served under a name announcing a law on investment disputes; that is not what it contains.
