The decree of 19 May 2026 repealing the decree of 14 April 2025 that revised the decree of 31 December 2020 in its provisions on the National Security and Defence Council. Its recitals cite the decree of 17 December 2025 on defense and national security procurement, which places the text within the ongoing reorganisation of security purchasing.
