The decree of 15 March 2021 revising the law of 15 April 2010, which amended the state of emergency law of 9 September 2008. It sets the conditions under which a state of emergency is declared, extended and lifted, and the powers it opens to the executive, including over spending and procurement. The corpus holds the 2010 law this decree revises.
