How large is Haiti's national budget?
Government spending, including the electricity utility EDH, was 207.1 billion gourdes in fiscal year 2024-2025, according to the MEF.

Definition and limits
The figure is total expenditure in the MEF's fiscal-year TOFE (Tableau des Opérations Financières de l'État), the cash-basis statement of central government operations for the year running October to September. It records cash execution, which has run below the voted budget in every recent year. The statement for fiscal year 2024-2025 consolidates the electricity utility EDH. Earlier years cover the central government only, so the FY2024-2025 increase overstates the growth of central government spending. Revenue in the same statement was 192.7 billion gourdes in fiscal year 2024-2025.
