Source and reading Both vintages are read off Wayback Machine captures of EDH's own tariff pages. The frais-tarif.php capture of 11 May 2013 carries a four-column table presenting the December 2005 to 31 July 2009 grid alongside the grid effective 1 August 2009, and is the only recovered source for the 2005 vintage.
