This note circular, issued by the Ministry of Economy and Finance under reference DGB/PB/1112 and signed by Minister Wilson Laleau, invites public enterprises and ordonnateurs of institutions financed through the state administration's budget to comply with two statutory deadlines. First, per Article 60 of the 2012-2013 finance law, all state entities must transmit to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, for deposit at Parliament, a staff headcount grouped by directorate and function, by 20 January 2014. Second, per Article 151 of the decree on the organization of the central administration, public enterprises are required to submit first-quarter financial reports for fiscal year 2013-2014 to both the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSCCA), by 24 January 2014.
