This final report summarizes the work undertaken for the USAID Engineering Design and Construction Supervision Program in Cap-Haitian, Haiti task order. Under this program, Tetra Tech provided urgent architecture and engineering (A&E) recommendations, designs and construction supervision for the Caracol EKAM New Housing Settlement (Caracol EKAM) in the Northern Corridor. USAID contracted Tetra Tech to provide independent Architectural and Engineering (A&E) and construction management services to inspect the EKAM site, provide A&E recommendations, manage and supervise remedial work, and provide support to USAID for contractual adjustments.
