Working poverty rate — Haiti

Working poverty rate rose to 43.1% in 2025, from 42.1% in 2024.

The share of employed Haitians who are nonetheless poor, 2000 to 2025, by sex and by three age bands. SDG indicator 1.1.1 applied to the employed: people in work living in households below the international extreme-poverty line. This is the measure that answers the question an unemployment rate cannot.
