Methodology

The CEP registration statistics, reading notes Two clocks in one source. APPLICATIONSNEW is dated by the publisher, one value per day from 20 July 2026. Every other measure is a stock read from a live counter, taken as late in the day as the capture succeeded and reported at that moment: the target is 23:59 Haiti time, so the row is normally where the register finished the day.
