In a letter dated 31 July 2017 (ref. PM/JGL/355), Prime Minister Jack Guy Lafontant instructed ordonnateurs of the Central State Administration to communicate up-to-date inventories of their vehicle fleet (parc d'automobiles) and equipment (parc d'équipements) to the Primature, the Ministère de l'Économie et des Finances, and the Cour Supérieure des Comptes et du Contentieux Administratif, in application of the 29 March 2017 arrêté on the state's cost of living (train de vie de l'Etat). To facilitate the work of the committee monitoring the arrêté's implementation, institutions are asked to designate a resource person able to clarify the data provided. Inventories, following the attached presentation matrix, are also to be sent by email to the Primature's Secretary General by 11 August 2017.
