This final report details the activities and accomplishments of the USAID/Haiti Project Supporting the Efficient Management of State Resources (GERÉ) from February 2019 to February 2022. The project aimed to improve governance in Haiti by enhancing the ability of government entities to manage and mobilize resources, increasing citizen engagement, and improving communication and coordination across levels of government. Key results include supporting communes in domestic resource mobilization, establishing a local governance monitoring system, facilitating public hearings, improving the CIVITAX system, and strengthening anti-corruption mechanisms.
