This is the industry association's own count\nof formal apparel-sector jobs, not an official government statistic. ADIH\nflags the most recent months in each bulletin as provisional (\"Donn\u00e9es\ntemporaires\").\n\n**Provenance**: each point is read by vision from the bulletin's employment\nchart image (the PDF text layer does not contain the figure). Where\nsuccessive bulletins report the same month, this series keeps the value from\nthe most recent bulletin (the latest revision); the seed file records the\nsource bulletin and page for every point. A few months are revised between\nvintages by a few hundred to a few thousand workers; the latest vintage is\nused uniformly.\n\n**Coverage caveat**: this is ADIH member-firm reporting, which covers the\nbulk of formal garment-assembly employment (the bulk of it concentrated in\nthe SONAPI/Port-au-Prince parks and the CODEVI free zone in Ouanaminthe,\nwith the Caracol park having contracted sharply since 2022) but is an\nassociation count rather than a census.
